Grew a struggling nightclub into a premier business with reorganization skills that aimed to change budgeting, marketing, and management tactics.

​

  • Negotiated ticket prices for concerts to be reasonably priced and profitable for club.

  • Redesigned the Point of Sale systems and simplified accounting computer applications.

  • Managed an efficient system with employees to keep an extremely clean bar and club.

  • Trained new bar staff and adapted different coaching styles to fit individual personalities.

Rage Nation Apparel (Festival Retail Intern)

Assisted a team of festival vendors and retail managers in sales of high end clothing and accessories across dozens of music festivals across the United States. The internship’s main emphasis was learning the retail sales and operations departments of the entertainment industry.

  • Set up vending pop up structures in retail areas of concert venues.

  • Designed customer friendly interface for electronic payment.

  • Managed cash flows and other income streams through spreadsheets.

  • Budgeted hospitality, food, and logistics cost for cross country travel.

Heaven Nightclub (Intern)

Entered the night life work force with an internship at the largest club in Lubbock, TX. Learning inventory control, cash flow management, and proper security measures to keep large crowds safe, Heaven nightclub laid the foundation for what was the genesis of a long career.

  • Shadowed managers conducting routine quality checks both during and after operational hours
